Delete Your Account

You can delete your InOut account at any time. This page explains how to do it, what happens to your data, and how long it takes. InOut is operated by ThinkTank Ai LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in the Qatar Financial Centre, Doha, Qatar (QFC No. 04989).

Delete Your Account In The App

  1. Open the InOut app and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Delete Account.
  3. Confirm when prompted.

Your account is closed as soon as you confirm, and your personal data is removed from our systems as described below.

Request Deletion By Email

If you no longer have access to the app, email support@inoutapp.io from the email address registered to your account, using the subject line "Delete My Account". We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before we proceed. Verified requests are actioned within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your profile — name, email, phone number, and profile photo.
  • Your check-ins and any photos you uploaded with them.
  • Receipts and receipt images you submitted.
  • Your deal claims, rewards, and loyalty progress.
  • Follows, followers, and blocked-user lists.
  • Mood and preference data used to personalise your recommendations.
  • Registered devices and push notification tokens.
  • Your chat history with Loyo, including messages sent over WhatsApp.

What We Keep

We may retain a limited set of records after deletion, but only where we are legally required to or where the data no longer identifies you:

  • Anonymised and aggregated statistics — engagement counts shared with businesses, which contain no personal identifiers.
  • Transaction and compliance records — kept only where required by applicable Qatar Financial Centre and Qatari law.
  • Backups — residual copies may persist in encrypted backups for up to 90 days, after which they are permanently purged.

This Cannot Be Undone

Account deletion is permanent. Your rewards, loyalty progress, and claim history cannot be restored, and any unredeemed rewards are forfeited. If you sign up again later, you start with a new account.
