2. User Accounts

2.1 Account Creation

  • Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
  • Users may only have one active account per platform.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their devices and must not share login credentials. INOUT APP PTY LTD is not liable for unauthorized activity resulting from compromised devices or accounts.

2.2 Account Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.
  • Users may request account deletion through app settings or by contacting customer support.

3. User-Generated Content

3.1 Content Guidelines

Users are solely responsible for any content they post, upload, or share through the Services. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

  • Offensive, obscene, or hateful material
  • Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Explicit or implicit personal attacks
  • Spam or unauthorized commercial content
  • Misleading or fraudulent information
  • Sexually explicit content, nudity, graphic violence, or harmful imagery, in accordance with industry community standards

3.2 Content Licensing

By posting content, you grant INOUT APP PTY LTD a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and distribute that content. You retain ownership of your original content.

3.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, remove, edit, or block any user-generated content. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or quality of user-generated content.

Users are encouraged to report any suspicious or abusive activity through the in-app reporting system or by contacting support. All reports are reviewed in accordance with our moderation policies.

4. Customer Terms

4.1 Loyalty Program

  • Points and rewards are subject to availability and business discretion.
  • Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency.
  • Points may expire according to individual business rules.
  • INOUT APP PTY LTD and its partner businesses reserve the right to modify, limit, or withdraw rewards or loyalty offers, points, and XP points at any time, without notice.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Manipulate the loyalty system
  • Use automated scripts or bots
  • Attempt unauthorized access to other accounts
  • Engage in fraudulent point accumulation or redemption
  • Check in at businesses or landmarks ("spots") without physically visiting them (e.g., submitting a photo taken from outside)
  • Submit receipts or bills with sequential reference numbers, which may indicate insider or employee fraud
  • Claim daily check-in rewards at a place where the user is an employee
  • Post nudity, sexually explicit content, or violent and harmful graphics
  • Spam the platform or other users through repetitive or low-quality submissions (including comment spam, irrelevant uploads, or point-gaming behaviors)
  • Users may not attempt to circumvent technical measures, location checks, or platform restrictions designed to prevent fraud or abuse. Use of VPNs, GPS spoofing, or device manipulation for this purpose is strictly prohibited.

4.3 Violations That May Result in Penalty or Point Removal

The following violations may lead to partial or full removal of earned points, suspension of account features, or permanent account termination:

  • Submitting check-ins or photos without genuine presence at a location
  • Using fraudulent or repeated bill references that suggest point farming
  • Attempting to benefit from the platform's rewards as an employee of a participating business
  • Spamming locations, users, or the platform to artificially increase visibility or points
  • Repeatedly violating content standards or community guidelines

5. Business User Terms

5.1 Business Responsibilities

Businesses must:

  • Provide accurate offer and reward descriptions
  • Honor listed deals and rewards
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Businesses are responsible for all content and offers they post.

6. Data Collection and Privacy

6.1 Data Usage

We collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Users consent to this data collection by using the Services.

By using location-based features of the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your geolocation data for purposes including check-in verification and fraud prevention.

6.2 Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party privacy practices.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership

All platform content, design, and functionality are owned by INOUT APP PTY LTD. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services.

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

  • Continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access
  • Error-free functionality or timely updates

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits or business interruptions
  • Issues arising from third-party business offers or user-generated content

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless INOUT APP PTY LTD, its officers, employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Services
